Hi, I just wanted to give you an update regarding our 'Project Bus' and where we are at with this project at this present moment. You have been our constant faith supporters and we would like to continue to include you in this journey with Endless Praise. Our search continues for:
We have been and still are in the process of an extensive search for a suitable vehicle. We are looking at an approximate cost of between $45,000 to $60,000 including costs of converting into a semi mobile vehicle . If you know of any one who is somehow connected with buses of any kind, please don't hesitate to let us know. We extend a heartsfelt thanks to our Christian family around Australia as Endless Praise has been blessed so far with donations adding up to $10,000 as people, churches and even schools are responding to our urgent need of a bus. We pray that many more maybe moved to come on board this project so that ministry may not have to go into a lease or loan arrangement, which will be the direction we will need to proceed if the funds are not all there when the time comes to purchase the vehicle. Just as a bit of history into our vehicle; Our current bus has now done its time. We had the bus for just over 10 years and although it was a very faithful bus and God given, it travelled around Australia many times. We have it in our workshop getting it repaired into a state where it could be resold or traded but because of its' usage, we are not expecting to get much from it. Thus the reason that when EP had the accident back at Easter time, they were using our own personal family Tarago until we raised funds for a new bus. The insurance on that Tarago allowed us to replace our family vehicle for another exact van and trailer right down to the same colour which God amazingly provided within days of the accident (God works in mysterious ways, but that is another story to tell) allowing the team to continue with their busy scheduled appointments. However, we realised the need to quickly embarked on this 'Project Bus' journey knowing that we couldn't continue to use the van for much longer as its not appropriate for the amount of travelling due to the trailer and weight it carries. Praise God, we have a fairly full itinerary coming up for the remainder of the year which reaffirms our conviction of how much God needs EP to keep on going and it is of great importance to my husband and I that have been entrusted with the leading and management of this ministry to make sure that the team is as secure and comfortable in their travels as they continue to take this precious hope we have in Jesus to the hearts of people everywhere inviting them to invest in something that is eternal. God is and always has been our provider so we have peace that in His perfect timing this project will be accomplished. As Cassie always says, please remember two little words 'EP' when you go to the throne and converse with our heavenly father on their behalf. ENDLESSPRAISE started back in 1984. A group of passionate young people in Sydney made the bold decision to bring the Gospel to the masses through music full-time. Now that was unheard of back in the day – especially in Australia. Their first tour was to Perth (Western Australia). They started the long drive across Australia in 2 vans – one packed with singers, the other packed with their sound gear. Would you believe it, but one of the vans broke down!? Was this a sign? Was this a test? Choose to press on to Perth or choose to turn back to Sydney?? Well, 25 years on, because of their choice to trust God and press on, the music ministry of ENDLESSPRAISE continues to bring the gospel to the masses. Though the music now sounds different and the faces changed, the message always remains constant. The message of the Gospel – the good, great, awesome news of Jesus Christ - who has the power to save each and every one of us. More than 100 people have been involved with the ministry of ENDLESSPRAISE over the years, visiting schools (public, private, primary & secondary), churches of all denominations and community groups. Through songs of hope and personal testimonies, the saving grace of Jesus that changes lives is shared. It’s a bit hard to put the music of ENDLESSPRAISE in a box, because of their ability to provide a musical message that suits each distinct engagement, since each location is different with different needs and tastes.
